From July 24 to August 3, 2023, FC Bayern travelled to Tokyo and Singapore for its eighth Audi Summer Tour. The team faced Manchester City and Kawasaki Frontale at Tokyo’s National Stadium before heading to Singapore for a match against Liverpool FC.
Created during my time as a Brand Designer at FC Bayern Munich, this project brought together the tour’s branding across fanzones, the team bus, stadium locker rooms and merchandise. I led the branding effort, translating the club’s identity into a consistent presence across different spaces and experiences.
One of the highlights was the pop-up store at Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing. It hosted the launch of the new away kit and introduced elements of a refreshed brand strategy that I helped develop. The visuals also featured characters from Captain Tsubasa, connecting the club’s world with a familiar part of Japanese football culture.
