FC Bayern München: All in Red

During my time as a Brand Designer at FC Bayern Munich, I developed and brought to life “ALL IN RED” for the Champions League semi-finals against Real Madrid.

The idea was simple: give the team and the fans one shared message. Something people could take part in, carry into the stadium and make their own. Red became the connection between everyone on the pitch and everyone supporting them.

For the second leg in Madrid, the team wore black. “Fighting in Black for All in Red” carried the idea into a different setting while keeping that connection at its core.

We also brought the message directly to the players, translating “For All in Red” into their native languages. It made the campaign personal: a reminder of the people they were playing for.

We didn’t reach the final, but the result remains a meaningful project to me. A clear idea that connected design, language and a shared sense of belonging.
