Padel Vision for Munich’s Werksviertel

For this project, I developed a strategic pitch for a unique padel concept in Munich’s Werksviertel. The goal was to create more than just a sports facility. The vision was to make padel feel urban, accessible and culturally relevant within one of Munich’s most dynamic districts.

I shaped the overall concept, narrative and visual direction for an urban sports hub that brings together movement, community and a strong sense of place. The pitch translated the potential of the location into a clear and compelling vision: padel as an experience that feels active, social and naturally connected to the energy of Werksviertel.

From the first strategic idea to the final presentation structure, I created the foundation for a concept that positions padel as a modern lifestyle sport in the heart of the city.
